POSTAL STRIKE: We will endeavour to get your order to you within the lead times stated for the particular product
you order. We cannot however guarantee this during the postal strike period. We can send your products via courier
but this will incur an additional cost, please contact us to arrange this, especially if there is a specific date you need
your order by. Thank you again and please do not hesitate to contact us in regards to your order and delivery times.

We aim to deliver the majority of our products in the UK between 7 to 10 working days. For the rest of the World,
we aim to deliver within 14 working days. A selection of our un-personalised items are in-stock ready for immediate dispatch.

Please check the 'Delivery Time' indicated on each individual product, as these differ depending on product
specifications, if you have a specific date you need your gift for, please do email or call us and we will do our very
best to get your product to you in time.

All personalised pieces are individually prepared, if there is any reason for a longer despatch time, you will be
contacted immediately. Please refer to our full set of Terms & Conditions for further information.

Our postage and packaging cost is fixed at £4.95 for all orders placed. If you would like to guarantee your order
to get to you by a specific date, please call us and we can arrange this for you and inform you of the additional
costs for this service.

We can only accept returns on products that are not personalised, and will be happy to give a full refund if your
un-personalised product is not to your satisfaction. PLEASE CHECK INFORMATION ON PERSONALISED PRODUCTS CAREFULLY. Personalised items can only be returned if they are faulty or an error has occured on our behalf.
